  Challenge: Henkel is the name behind some of America’s best known brands including Dial Soap. Bringing a message of diversity and inclusion to it’s 8,000 North American employees required a unique and flexible design solution that incorporated multiple components to communicate the company’s vision and philosophy.
Solution: Working closely with the Angela E. Curley, Diversity Manager - Human Resource department, a consistent brand and theme was developed and incorporated

into an overview brochure with customizable insert, a 3-D desk-tent and a 30”x40” wall poster.
Results: Presentation of the corporate initiative in an engaging and visually distinctive package instilled credibility and acceptance of the message. The desk-tent served as an effective, close-at-hand reminder of the program to employees.

RGB, CMYK or PANTONE
RGB: The primary
additive colors (red,
green, blue) used in
display devices, scan-
ners and digital devices.
CMYK: The four process colors (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) used in offset lithographic printing.
PANTONE: A color matching system, based on specific ink formulas used to create standardized colors (not able to be reproduced exactly by CMYK) used in offset printing.

Poster Power
Posters can be an effective tool for communicating with employees in a company office environment to reinforce brand strategies, corporate initiatives, mission statements and other business messaging.
A key component of the Henkel Diversity campaign, an image-building poster underscored the iniitiative’s message and was posted throughout the company’s North American facilities.
Engaging, authentic images add credibility to a corporate message. These people images, taken by Jeff Noble (noblestock.com) are used distinctively in black and white to contrast well with red, the Henkel corporate color.
